Today's weigh-in - 1kg DOWN!

I was so anxious last night due to the fact that this morning was my 3rd week weigh-in. I was afraid that I'm not gonna lose any kgs for all the hardwork doing cardios, strength and weight training and healthy eating these few weeks. So I stand on the scale and looked below and was very happy that I lose another 1kg this week. It's 95.8kg. Last week was 96.8kg. I think it's mainly water weight because I sweat like a pig all the time when I workout.

I will always remember this motto. Haha!

95.8kg from 98.5kg in 3 weeks. Alhamdulillah!!! 

Last night, I asked my mom to take a photo of me. Back, side and front. This helps me to keep track of my body shape. I'm not gonna take a photo every day or week for this. I'm just gonna take a photo of me once a fortnight. Hopefully I get to see a difference on my next bodyshoot (this is what I'm gonna called!) on the next date: 14 days later - 24th April 2013!!!

Clearly you could see that I just finished my cardio workout on a stepper, that's why I was soaked with my perspiration!!! On the front, my body has no shape at all :(( How demorailizing to see myself. But!!!! I'm not gonna give up! I promised myself to train and workout to lose weight so that I can prep myself for SHAPE 5KM MARATHON that's happening in 7th July 2013!!! I registered few days ago and paid for early bird fee which is $45.00 instead of $55.00. Not bad huh. The marathon will be held at Nicoll Highway.

This run is such a motivation for me and I just cannot wait for this event!!! I was never a runner and never signed up for any...and I mean ANY marathons before in my life. So this will be the first! I'm gonna run by myself though, because I just can't find any running buddy at this time. But it's good for me doing this by myself, it's like a challenge I never thought that I would do. But I'm just so excited and Alhamdulillah it didn't fall on fasting month yet. If it does, I don't think I can do this marathon. I will be dehydrated and exhausted! I checked that Ramadhan starts on the 10th July, Alhamdullilah, even Allah SWT knows I need to lose weight and HE give me this chance to push myself out of the comfort zone to this run :)

Okay I'm gonna do some shopping for groceries for a week in awhile and also gonna prep my food menus for that week, it will be more convenient for me :)
