First day of posting. Huge-ass tummy as if I'm pregnant!



I took these photos yesterday night after my 30mins cardio on a stepper. Yeah...30mins...seems so short & dreadful isn't it? It's alright, I'm trying to increase my timing on my workout each day. Hopefully I can last longer than 30mins on the stepper. I hate the look of my tummy in these photos. I have not even experience pregnancy and childbirth, yet my tummy shows as if I had 3 kids already. Bluerghhhh....

Here's what I'm gonna do from now:
- Weekly weigh-in (every Thursday morning)
- Fortnightly full-body photo taking
- Clean-eating! Keep 1200calories per day
- Six small meals (3 mains + 3 snacks)
- 4 times per week workout (cardio + weight training) Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun
- 30DAYS SHRED!
- Monitor my progress in this blog & in MyFitnessPal

Okay gonna sleep now. Gonna wake up early at 7.00AM for breakfast & 30DAYS SHRED LVL1!
