New Lifestyle!

I just bought some new gears and equipments to compliment my new healthy lifestyle. I feel so great to have them and it just motivates me even more! I love my new running shoes especially and I got it cheap at BATA. It's not that of a famous brand but it's really comfy and I love the colour. I bought a new yogamat too! I went to Guardian first to look for it but they said it was out of stock, so I went to Watson and Alhamdulillah! A salesgirl showed me and it was right at the corner near the Loreal booth. Haha! I was searching the whole store and there they are. Lotsa colours but as always I chose pink! My fave :)

I already used my new running shoes for the past few days to go for brisk walking and jogged around the stadium. Even used it when I got for the first on my stepper! Wow it's really amazing feel with or without using the shoes. Without the shoes, I tend to sweat even more but was a little tired by the time I did for 20 mins. But with the shoes, I can even do more. So prolly I should get another pair of new ones just for home workout. 



I did some brisk walking and jogging too yesterday. Feels awesome!!! Did it at a stadium near my home. It sucks though that this stadium will be closed down next week on the 22nd April 2013. I hate it when the goverment is trying to tear down every single building in this country!!! And the on-going constructions are not even finished!!! WTF. Seems like the goverment has $ to do all this upgrading and tear-down, then I realised it must have been our $ that they used for all this. Which I feel it's not even necessary at all. The stadium is still in good shape. Okay whatever.




After workout at the stadium, went to get this Yogamat I was telling you at Watsons for $16.95. Cheap jugak lah. Not fussy. I already used it last night for my strength training.



Dumbells my brother owes but he hardly uses it. It was there on the black mat all the time! And then now I start to use it almost everyday for my strength training. Luckily I don't have to buy! LOL!


Okay, just had my lunch. Stir-fry brown rice vermicelli with vegetable & steamed salmon and also two spring rolls with avocados, carrots, cucumbers and steam diced chicken fillet. These really fills me up, considering I am a big woman who used to have a big appetite!!! Well, now it's new healthy lifestyle, healthy cooking to acheive my new healthy, slimmer body soon!!!
