I have been on duromine 30mg prescribed by my doctor for two weeks, but with 3-4 days off I think. It works good on the 1-2 days, but as the time flies, I realised my body became weaker. It helps to suppress my appetite no doubt, but having said so, my body is hunger for fuel. My head & body gave signals to tell me to stop taking it. Mouth dry is one of the common side-effects. Though I only had headaches on the first day (it's another common side-effects), and it was just light, the rest of the days I don't have it. HOWEVER, my biggest flop is that my whole body became weaker and the need to exercise is just not-so motivated at all. I read up that you need food as fuel for your body so you can lose weight faster and increase your metabolism. I was thinking to myself. Damn. I need to EAT.
I remember when I was on duromine, I ate only one meal per day. I wasn't hungry but the strength I had was like a strength of a toddler. I was so weak. I know the only positive benefits of duromine when I was on it is that it taught me to drink lotsa water. And I really drink lotsa of it in a day due to dry mouth.
Well, knowing it's not good for me. I stopped taking it on the 11th April 2013. I just started taking Burn 60 GNC and today is my second day. I took this before like 1-2 years ago I think, and OMG, it does work wonders for me. My alertness became super-better and I had so much energy! It helps to burn fats too and increase my metabolism so who wouldn't want that right?
I read so many comments regarding duromine that it helps to shed weight and you drop so fast that it is so crazy!!! Beyond anybody's expectation! Like 10kg in 1-2 weeks??? Is that even possible?? Fitness professionals said that the healthy way to lose is 1kg per week. Or at least 2kgs. But if you lose more, you just gonna gain even twice the next time around if you're not gonna take care of your food intake.
I am not going to suffer another obese outbreak. Enough is enough.
Burn 60. Here we go. Let's work together hand in hand OK? :)
