Counting my calories & working out at the stadium & the gym!

I have never been proud of myself and have never pushed myself so hard before. It's been close to 2 weeks that I really took time for myself and woke up early in the morning to prep myself a healthy breakfast and get out of the house to do workouts. I never thought I could do it, because I'm the superlazy type. Definitely now not lazy anymore! I'm happy that I went to the gym this morning and really did some cardio. GOOD JOB HANNA! KEEP IT UP! The best thing that kept me motivated is reading motivational quotes and seeing those body transformations from all people over the world in my Instagram. I want that transformations too!

I'm counting my calories every single day with MyFitnessPal app from the iphone. This app really helps me alot. Since my goal is to lose weight, I ate 1200 calories per day only. This Thursday is my 31st birthday and it's my 4th weigh-in. Let see how I'm progressing!

Ok gotta go. Need rest for reals.
