Lipo 6 Black Hers Ultra Concentrate START OFF!

It's been almost 3 months I didn't update absolutely anything on my blog regarding my weight transformation due to my time factor spent on Instagram, FB, the gym, baking and now I'm working in the working world after a hiatus of 5-6 years of not working outside at all! My time spent in gym has been a lot lesser which is sooooo bad because I hit my plateau weight in the month of June. It didn't came off at all. I can't blame on my weight too, I was solely depending on my fat burner and not working out which is not helping. I didn't eat clean for that month of June too. Which is worst.

So I decided this month July will take its toll to change again to my healthy routine that I previously did, because my weight did came off when I eat clean and workout at the gym.


But I'm so proud that my weight from 98.5kg is down to 91.4kg. I just need the first number to change to '8' then I will be more happier and prouder of myself. Then change to '7' and then change to '6' if its possible! But I know it's possible :-)


A lady friend of mine who trained and who is a fitness trainer herself introduced me to this fat burner which claimed is the best fat destroyer fat burning system in the market. Lipo 6 Black Hers Ultra Concentrate. I took the one black-cap pill on 8th July. I'm so happy that the shipping took only 4 days to arrive and that was so super fast! The pricing was SGD$40++ inclusive of shipping and it's really cheap compared to supplements I ever bought from GNC.


First day of taking the pill 8th July 2013- Monday - Jittery. Nauseous. Almost black out. Almost. Tight chest.


Damn it was really that strong!


I was weighing 92.3kg on the first day. The second day of taking the pill, I weigh myself and I drop a significant of 0.9grams. Almost 1kg one day! Second day was still jittery and experiencing tight chest so I took just one pill a day. I was suppose to take 2 pills per day. One in the morning and one in the afternoon.


The third day was much better because I realised that I have to take the pill with food and the jittery and tight chest was gone. Today is my fourth day, I just had my breakfast and took it with food. No jittery and tight chest. Alhamdulillah.


My next weigh in is on the 15th July 2013 next Monday. I was hoping to lose more and get to 85kg by Eid on the 8th August 2013. That means a total of at least 6kg more to go and my tummy belly fats has to go too!


And then I am going to focus my last 10kg hitting to healthy weight range. And hit another 5-10kg for maintenance.


I just hope my determination and drive is still in me like I had before this. Sometimes weight plateau just makes you feel down and the desire to lose more is not consistent. But I'm sure I can :-)

T.I.R.E.D

Yesterday morning was my 4th week weigh-in, I drop from 95.8kg to 95.4kg. What a small drop. :(

However I think it happened like this was because I felt I may have gain a little muscle and that's why my weight didn't drop much.

I did workouts the past few days non-stop and today I felt so tired when I woke up from my sleep. Today will be my REST DAY. I cannot force my body to go into a workout mode non-stop, it's really bad. My brother was suggesting me to put up a timetable for both of us so he can join me to the gym or for a swim too. That's a great idea. 

I'm so exhausted today. I really need a boost. Felt like sleeping for an hour. I think I should do that.

Yesterday was my 31st bday and I felt so blessed many family and friends post on my FB wall/watsapp/SMS/call to wish me :)
I'm going out with my family this Sunday for dinner. It's combo dinner treat with my mom's 56th bday too. She was born on the same month as me.

Okay. I'm going to rest. I'm baking 300pcs cupcakes for Servier. But I need to nap first and continue baking in the noon.

Counting my calories & working out at the stadium & the gym!

I have never been proud of myself and have never pushed myself so hard before. It's been close to 2 weeks that I really took time for myself and woke up early in the morning to prep myself a healthy breakfast and get out of the house to do workouts. I never thought I could do it, because I'm the superlazy type. Definitely now not lazy anymore! I'm happy that I went to the gym this morning and really did some cardio. GOOD JOB HANNA! KEEP IT UP! The best thing that kept me motivated is reading motivational quotes and seeing those body transformations from all people over the world in my Instagram. I want that transformations too!

I'm counting my calories every single day with MyFitnessPal app from the iphone. This app really helps me alot. Since my goal is to lose weight, I ate 1200 calories per day only. This Thursday is my 31st birthday and it's my 4th weigh-in. Let see how I'm progressing!

Ok gotta go. Need rest for reals.

Not on duromine 30mg anymore. WHY?

I have been on duromine 30mg prescribed by my doctor for two weeks, but with 3-4 days off I think. It works good on the 1-2 days, but as the time flies, I realised my body became weaker. It helps to suppress my appetite no doubt, but having said so, my body is hunger for fuel. My head & body gave signals to tell me to stop taking it. Mouth dry is one of the common side-effects. Though I only had headaches on the first day (it's another common side-effects), and it was just light, the rest of the days I don't have it. HOWEVER, my biggest flop is that my whole body became weaker and the need to exercise is just not-so motivated at all. I read up that you need food as fuel for your body so you can lose weight faster and increase your metabolism. I was thinking to myself. Damn. I need to EAT.
I remember when I was on duromine, I ate only one meal per day. I wasn't hungry but the strength I had was like a strength of a toddler. I was so weak. I know the only positive benefits of duromine when I was on it is that it taught me to drink lotsa water. And I really drink lotsa of it in a day due to dry mouth.

Well, knowing it's not good for me. I stopped taking it on the 11th April 2013. I just started taking Burn 60 GNC and today is my second day. I took this before like 1-2 years ago I think, and OMG, it does work wonders for me. My alertness became super-better and I had so much energy! It helps to burn fats too and increase my metabolism so who wouldn't want that right?

I read so many comments regarding duromine that it helps to shed weight and you drop so fast that it is so crazy!!! Beyond anybody's expectation! Like 10kg in 1-2 weeks??? Is that even possible?? Fitness professionals said that the healthy way to lose is 1kg per week. Or at least 2kgs. But if you lose more, you just gonna gain even twice the next time around if you're not gonna take care of your food intake. 

I am not going to suffer another obese outbreak. Enough is enough.

Burn 60. Here we go. Let's work together hand in hand OK? :)

New Lifestyle!

I just bought some new gears and equipments to compliment my new healthy lifestyle. I feel so great to have them and it just motivates me even more! I love my new running shoes especially and I got it cheap at BATA. It's not that of a famous brand but it's really comfy and I love the colour. I bought a new yogamat too! I went to Guardian first to look for it but they said it was out of stock, so I went to Watson and Alhamdulillah! A salesgirl showed me and it was right at the corner near the Loreal booth. Haha! I was searching the whole store and there they are. Lotsa colours but as always I chose pink! My fave :)

I already used my new running shoes for the past few days to go for brisk walking and jogged around the stadium. Even used it when I got for the first on my stepper! Wow it's really amazing feel with or without using the shoes. Without the shoes, I tend to sweat even more but was a little tired by the time I did for 20 mins. But with the shoes, I can even do more. So prolly I should get another pair of new ones just for home workout. 



I did some brisk walking and jogging too yesterday. Feels awesome!!! Did it at a stadium near my home. It sucks though that this stadium will be closed down next week on the 22nd April 2013. I hate it when the goverment is trying to tear down every single building in this country!!! And the on-going constructions are not even finished!!! WTF. Seems like the goverment has $ to do all this upgrading and tear-down, then I realised it must have been our $ that they used for all this. Which I feel it's not even necessary at all. The stadium is still in good shape. Okay whatever.




After workout at the stadium, went to get this Yogamat I was telling you at Watsons for $16.95. Cheap jugak lah. Not fussy. I already used it last night for my strength training.



Dumbells my brother owes but he hardly uses it. It was there on the black mat all the time! And then now I start to use it almost everyday for my strength training. Luckily I don't have to buy! LOL!


Okay, just had my lunch. Stir-fry brown rice vermicelli with vegetable & steamed salmon and also two spring rolls with avocados, carrots, cucumbers and steam diced chicken fillet. These really fills me up, considering I am a big woman who used to have a big appetite!!! Well, now it's new healthy lifestyle, healthy cooking to acheive my new healthy, slimmer body soon!!!

Today's weigh-in - 1kg DOWN!

I was so anxious last night due to the fact that this morning was my 3rd week weigh-in. I was afraid that I'm not gonna lose any kgs for all the hardwork doing cardios, strength and weight training and healthy eating these few weeks. So I stand on the scale and looked below and was very happy that I lose another 1kg this week. It's 95.8kg. Last week was 96.8kg. I think it's mainly water weight because I sweat like a pig all the time when I workout.

I will always remember this motto. Haha!

95.8kg from 98.5kg in 3 weeks. Alhamdulillah!!! 

Last night, I asked my mom to take a photo of me. Back, side and front. This helps me to keep track of my body shape. I'm not gonna take a photo every day or week for this. I'm just gonna take a photo of me once a fortnight. Hopefully I get to see a difference on my next bodyshoot (this is what I'm gonna called!) on the next date: 14 days later - 24th April 2013!!!

Clearly you could see that I just finished my cardio workout on a stepper, that's why I was soaked with my perspiration!!! On the front, my body has no shape at all :(( How demorailizing to see myself. But!!!! I'm not gonna give up! I promised myself to train and workout to lose weight so that I can prep myself for SHAPE 5KM MARATHON that's happening in 7th July 2013!!! I registered few days ago and paid for early bird fee which is $45.00 instead of $55.00. Not bad huh. The marathon will be held at Nicoll Highway.

This run is such a motivation for me and I just cannot wait for this event!!! I was never a runner and never signed up for any...and I mean ANY marathons before in my life. So this will be the first! I'm gonna run by myself though, because I just can't find any running buddy at this time. But it's good for me doing this by myself, it's like a challenge I never thought that I would do. But I'm just so excited and Alhamdulillah it didn't fall on fasting month yet. If it does, I don't think I can do this marathon. I will be dehydrated and exhausted! I checked that Ramadhan starts on the 10th July, Alhamdullilah, even Allah SWT knows I need to lose weight and HE give me this chance to push myself out of the comfort zone to this run :)

Okay I'm gonna do some shopping for groceries for a week in awhile and also gonna prep my food menus for that week, it will be more convenient for me :)

First day of 30DAYSHRED! Lasted only 21mins to be exact.

   

I started my first workout with Jillian Michaels and it's called 30DAYSHRED! There's 3 levels, but I read from a reader's comment saying that you have to breakdown those 3 levels into 30days. First 10 days - level 1. Second 10 days - level 2 and Third 10 days - level 3. Most of the people who did this workout swore they saw a huge difference on their entire body. I gotta know about this 30DAYSHRED from Pinterest. The best thing is I don't have to buy the DVD, I got it FREE from Youtube! Well, I did my first workout on level 1 two hours ago. Start off at 9.00AM and finished only 21mins later and I was sweating like a pig. I read on a reader's blog somewhere saying that 'You need to sweat like a pig to look like a fox!' Couldn't agree more! Level 1 was a combo of circuit training and weight lifting so it's pretty good. Like mixed of cardio and some strength training which I badly needed because my stamina and metabolism has gone down terribly eversince hitting 30! I saw the clip for level 1 ends at approx 27mins. I chicken out and stopped at 21mins because I just couldn't believe how tiring it was and I was perspiring so fast and alot. Even faster than I did on my stepper. So it means good right? I have lotsa water weight and my bodyfat is like somewhere between 35%-38%. How terrible.

Anyway, tomorrow is my 3rd week weigh in. Actually it's my 4th time weigh in. Coz' last week I weigh in twice and there was a slight dropped but I'm happy with it. Hopefully tomorrow I dropped more. If I'm not, I'm so-not gonna be discouraged by the numbers on the scale. Fitness professionals said that sometimes your weight increased due to muscle mass. More importantly is the inches. I gotta drop the inches especially around my freaking fat waist!
